    Longines Global Champions Tour - Monaco 2018

    The magical harbor of Monte-Carlo has offered a spectacular venue for the ninth leg of the Longines Global Champions Tour. This three-day competition of top-class show jumping was marked by the victory of Shane Breen riding Ipswich van de Wolfsakker in the Longines Global Champions Tour Grand Prix du Prince de Monaco on Saturday. This victory handed him the ninth golden ticket to the Longines Global Champions Tour Super Grand Prix, where he will line up against the winners of the previous legs. Longines Ambassador of Elegance Jung Woo-Sung presented the Irish rider with an elegant Longines timepiece in recognition for his great performance. Longines was indeed honored to welcome the new Ambassador of Elegance Jung Woo-Sung in this prestigious equestrian rendezvous as the praised South Korean actor, accomplished director and producer, perfectly expresses Longines’ motto “Elegance is an attitude”. On Friday evening, Mona Ferry and Christian Rhomberg claimed victory at the Longines Pro-Am Cup, supported by Charlotte Casiraghi as the Patron of this competition. This trial allows an amateur and professional rider to compete together for the coveted title, with a focus on speed and agility. The Swiss watch brand participated in this competition with a team made up of Longines Ambassador of Elegance Jane Richard Philips and her husband Ignace Philips. They took the fifth place during this prestigious competition.     Longines FEI Jumping Nations Cup of Netherlands - Stichting CHIO Rotterdam

    Made up of Nicola Philippaerts, Niels Bruynseels, Jos Verlooy and Pieter Devos, Team Belgium claimed a back-to-back victory at the Longines FEI Jumping Nations Cup of The Netherlands in Rotterdam, on Sunday June 24th. They finished ahead of Team Germany (second) while Team US, Team Netherlands and Team Switzerland shared third place. On June 22, the brand presented the Longines Grand Prix of Rotterdam, won by Jos Verlooy (BEL) on Caracas. To celebrated these outstanding performance, Longines awarded the riders with elegant timepieces.

    FEI Nations Cup - Division 1 - Sopot

    On Sunday 17th of June, Team Belgium, composed of Olivier Philippaerts, Pieter Devos, Jerome Guery and Niels Bruynseels, were convincing winners of the Longines FEI Jumping Nations Cup of Poland held in Sopot. Second place was taken by Team France, followed by Team USA. As the Title Partner, Official Timekeeper and Watch of this international show jumping competition, Longines was also proud to present another highlight of the event: the Longines Grand Prix on Friday 15th of June. On this occasion, Henrik von Eckermann (SWE) on Castello earned first place, ahead of Margie Goldstein-Engle on Royce and Jaroslaw Skrzyczynski on Chacclana. Longines was proud to grant the winners of both competitions with elegant timepieces as a reward for their great performance. The weekend’s highlight trial, the Longines Global Champions Tour Grand Prix of Cascais, was marked by the victory of Nicola Philippaerts on H&M Harley vd Bisschop. In recognition for his great achievement, the Belgian rider was presented with an elegant Longines timepiece.     On Saturday 9th June, the victory of Peder Fredricson (SWE) on Hansson WL in the Longines Global Champions Grand Prix of Cannes rounded off a phenomenal weekend in an exceptional setting, near the famous Croisette. Harrie Smolders (NED) on Emerald took the second place, followed by Simon Delestre (FRA) on Hermes Ryan. Longines was proud to grant Peder Fredricson with an elegant timepiece as a reward for his great achievement. Cannes was the seventh leg of the Longines Global Champions tour, a 17-stage series of which Longines is the proud Title Partner and Official Timekeeper. The overall Longines Global Champions Tour ranking battle is already an intense affair, with Edwina Tops-Alexander (AUS) leading the charge for the 2018 season with 172 points, followed by Ben Maher (GBR) with 143 points and Scott Brash (GBR) with 131 points. This victory handed Peder Fredricson the seventh golden ticket to the Longines Global Champions Super Grand Prix, which will be staged on December in Prague.     France is the winner of the Longines FEI Jumping Nations Cup™ of Switzerland in St. Gallen

    It was one of the highlights of this year’s Longines FEI Jumping Nations Cup™ of Switzerland - Longines CSIO St.Gallen: The prestigious Longines FEI Jumping Nations Cup™ of Switzerland was won by France. It was followed by Switzerland on the second and Belgium on the third place. Swiss rider Pius Schwizer won the Longines Trophy, awarded to the best rider of the whole event. The winner received an elegant Longines watch from the brand’s Vice-President and Head of International Marketing Juan-Carlos Capelli.     Longines FEI Jumping Nations Cup of Canada in Langley

    On Sunday 3rd of June, Team Ireland, composed of Richie Moloney, Capt. Brian Cournane, Daniel Coyle and Conor Swail, were convincing winners of the Longines FEI Jumping Nations Cup of Canada held in Langley. Second place was taken by Team Canada on their home soil, followed by Team Mexico. As the Title Partner, Official Timekeeper and Watch of this international show jumping competition, Longines was also proud to present another highlight of the event: the Longines Grand Prix on Friday 1st of June. On this occasion, Irish rider Daniel Coyle set himself apart on Cita. Mario Deslauriers (CAN) riding Bardolina arrived second ahead of Eugenio Garza Perez (MEX) on Armani SL Z.
